The Challenges
This position plays a role in assisting our Global Category Manager in one of our projects named Anime Metaverse.
What You Can Expect To Work On
- Assisting the planning and implementation of merchandising strategies
- Negotiating the costs for merchandise production, inventory, and logistics
- Assisting the tracking inventory movement, identifying trends, monitoring supply and demand, and making necessary arrangements for inventory optimisation
- Collaborating with the marketing department to brainstorm new projects, campaigns, and business ideas; and
- Any other related tasks as agreed by both parties

**Requirements**:
What You Need to Succeed
- Anime Lovers: You have a passion for the anime industry is a plus
- Knowledge: Have knowledge of category management, retail production, marketing and sales principles
- Analytical: Understanding of data analysis and forecasting methods
- Self-starter: You are motivated to work on your own initiatives without needing to be told
- Can-do attitude: You are eager and willing to accept and work on challenges
- Communication: Excellent communication and people skills
- Language: Fluent in Mandarin is a plus
- Tools: Proficient in MS Office/Google Suite
