POSITION SUMMARYThe utmost responsibility of medical representative is to promote and sell the Medical Devices especially Contras Media under their responsibility to achieve an assigned target.
This position requires an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual that shall have good understanding of product knowledge and adequate entrepreneurial acumen to manage their area.RESPONSIBILITIESDrive Sales performance & ensure sales forecast & assigned target meet or exceed expectation in Medical Devices especially Contras MediaGenerate Hospital Listing at assigned territoryEnsure business/marketing activities execution comply with regulation and industry/company code of conductMastering assigned product knowledge responsibilityAchieve and exceed sales targets of allocated territory/product by developing new business with existing and potential clients;Apply appropriate selling and negotiation skills to enhance performance and capitalise on sales opportunities to drive overall business growth;Actively monitor market trends through personal contact with customers and attend industry association meetings and seminars.
Provide feedback to relevant managers on field intelligence;Identify and target key physicians and key allied healthcare professionals, winning concessions and maintaining relationships;In consultation with your manager, plan field activity based on customer segmentation and targeting principles to maximize results;Analyse territory and customer data, doctor call reports and track territory spend on a regular basis;Appraise current and planned customer needs and advise on the application of company products or services to customer requirements;Report on sales, activity and territory performance as required by the organisation;Perform other related duties as assigned by your manager from time-to-time.Requirements:Education majors is D3/S1 Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Nursing, Medicine and Science of ExactExperienced as MR/ Sales minimum 2 year, handle Medical Devices especially Contras MediaHaving a motor vehicle and driving licenseExcellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.Able to communicate in English is an added valueHigh level of drive and determination, Self motivated person,Interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skillsHands-on individual, energetic, strong drive, self-starter with excellent team player skillsAbility to understand and present clinical data.Willing to move to other area in around IndonesiaGood performance and appearanceHave passion in sales & marketing
