**Kualifikasi**:
Have knowledge of creating media plans and placements across all digital and conventional channels.
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEM, Social Media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google ads campaigns.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google & FB IG Ads Dashboard, and similar tools).
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Understanding and having the ability to process data in Excel is a must.
**Tanggung Jawab**:
**Execute marketing strategy through 360 media**: TV, Radio, PR, and out-of-home media (ATL).
Collaborate with Google, Meta, TikTok, and other vendor partners to improve the performance of ad marketing, including SEO/SEM.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies for all media channels.
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user traffic for events offline and online.
Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Evaluate emerging technologies for the team.
Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPI).
