What we are looking for?
We are seeking a Media Planner Buyer for our expanding team in APAC.
This role will be responsible for digital media planning and strategy for performance campaigns, as well as team management.
Prior experience with mobile media is a bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Campaign Management:
Plan media strategies independently to meet client performance marketing goals using media management systems across social & programmatic platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google Ads, TikTok) and DSPs & ad networks (e.g., Jampp, Remerge, InMobi).
Manage end-to-end client relationships and communications with support from the account manager.
Collaborate with internal teams such as Strategy & Insights, Search and Social, Programmatic & Reporting to deliver campaigns successfully.
Negotiate with local suppliers, ad networks, and publishers to secure rates and oversee campaign delivery and results.
Handle full reconciliation process at month-end.
Optimize campaigns continuously to improve performance.
Develop reports to generate insights and identify opportunities for ROI improvement aligned with client KPIs.
Assist in preparing and delivering key client presentations (monthly/quarterly).
Stay updated on best practices and offerings in the digital media landscape relevant to the managed markets.
Team Management:
Support account managers in training and developing junior team members.
Manage and prioritize workload to ensure smooth account operations.
Role Requirements:
2-4 years of client servicing and relationship management experience, preferably in an agency setting.
Minimum 1+ years managing Paid Social, Programmatic, or Search campaigns (e.g., Facebook, Google Ads) and/or DSPs & ad networks (e.g., Jampp, InMobi).
Team player with a responsible, accountable, and collaborative attitude.
Proactive with a willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks.
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal, written, presentation).
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience with both branding and performance campaigns is preferred.
Strong data analysis skills with attention to detail.
