Develop competency model, assess the capablity gaps, and conduct analysis of employees learning needs.
Create a curriculum training base on employee learning needs and organization goals.
Develop learning activities, materials, instructor guides and lesson plans.
Organize, administrate and set up training program and events as requirement

Continuoisly evaluate and develop new learning program to ensure it's relevancy and effectiveness.
Maximum age 30 years old

Education background from Human Resource Management, Communication, Operation, Education

At least 3 years experience in Learning & Development

Expert in Training Need Analysis (TNA) and Training Report

Have experience to compiling and Develop competency model

Communicative and good presentation skill, highly discipline, well organize, fast learner and high self confidence

Able to use design tool would be an advantage

Good analytical thinking, excellent logical thinking and able to solve problem quickly & independently

Attention to detail, organize, well structured and productive

Able to prioritize under deadline pressure
