Prepare design plan and/or review design plan from consultants, develop design details, and ensure design drawings are proper, complete, and accurate.
- Coordinate with relevant parties with regard to design plan.
- Prepare drawings necessary for project's planning & development permit/ project's tender.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in related field, with previous experience in Consultant/ Developer especially in High Rise Building.
- Oversee **Mechanical & Plumbing** design/documentation team with detail design resolution.
- Able to produce concept design schemes with minimum supervision.
- Expert in using Autocad, Ms. Project, and Ms.Office.
- Able to work well in a team environment and communicate in English.
- Willing to be placed in BSD City, South Tangerang.
