Persyaratan
Hold Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Has 3 years of experience as Mechanical or Electrical Engineer for mission critical buildings such as Data Center, and Server Room.
Conversational level English.
Good knowledge of CAD (Computer-Aided Design).
Certificated Technical PIC (PJT) or Classification PIC (PJK).

Coordinate site requirements with contractors/vendors/customer.
Prepare Work schedule to suit customer requirements.
Ensure job is carried out within budget and schedule.
Purchase necessary materials as required.
Completing a job on-time and to customer satisfaction.
Prepare Technical Proposal for M and E building design.
Conduct Technical Presentation to the client.
M & E Design and Consulting.
Provide Cost Estimate for M and E building design.
