Mechanical Coordinator Itc Cempaka Mas

**Job Descriptions**:

- Assist the Building Maintenance and Improvement Section Head in planning, maintenance, enhancing, and monitoring the condition of ITC building facilities and infrastructure, especially in the mechanical (escalator/travelator/elevator) and plumbing fields.
- Responsible for design, specification, cost, and supervision of the implementation of work in the field.
**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 year of experience as Building Maintenance in high-rise building/retail shopping center/mall.
- Computer literacy (ability to operate Microsoft Office).
- Familiarity with operation and maintenance system and maintenance elevator, escalator, AC, Chiller, STP.
- Good communication and hardworking nature.
- Able to make maintenance mechanical building budget and Work plan.
- Willing to be placed in ITC Cempaka Mas, Central Jakarta.
