**Job Descriptions**:
- Assist the Building Maintenance and Improvement Section Head in planning, maintenance, enhancing and monitoring the condition of ITC building facilities and infrastructure, especially in the mechanical (escalator/travelator/elevator) and plumbing fields
- Supervise the implementation of the work in the field includes design, specification, and cost.
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Building Maintenance in highrise building/retail shopping center/mall.
- Computer literacy (ability to operate Microsoft Office).
- Familiarity with operation and maintenance system and maintenance elevator, escalator, AC, Chiller, STP.
- Good communication and hardworking nature.
- Able to make Maintenance Mechanical Building Budget and Work plan.
- Willing to be placed in BSD City.
