Ringkasan Fungsi:Supervises laboratory technicians, laboratory activities and their output. Ensure that in-process and final product samples are carried-out to ensure compliance to Quality standards. Evaluates and reports test results. Uses Quality systems in place and ensures that daily operations are safe and comply to SH&E requirements.Analyzes Report to Quality Manager and/or Shift Leaders. May also work in support of research and development activities.Tanggung Jawab:- Ensure that analysis from multiple locations is carried out to determine quality and reliability of products.- Evaluates and reports test results in an accurate and timely manner. Uses Laboratory Information Systems (LIMS) to enter test results. Determines compliance with Quality standards.- May set up tests and equipment and conduct special functional tests on products or other materials.- Ensures test equipment being used is calibrated and in safe operating condition. Coordinate with the maintenance personnel for any suspected behavior observed in the test equipment. Uses system to enter work orders and requisitions.- Monitor plant process and capability performance (Cpk). Assist process engineer on the implementation and monitoring of PCS.- Work closely with team leaders.- Participates in scheduled safety meetings and completes safety training requirements.- Performs any duties as assign by Quality manager.- Supports and participate company goals and objectives.- Participates ISO-9001 implementation and ensures compliance to applicable requirements.- Participates 5S implementation programPersyaratan:- College Diploma or equivalent with basic knowledge in Chemistry.- 1-3 years relevant experience is an advantage.- Basic knowledge in analytical techniques, chemical-handling and laboratory procedures. Knowledge in ISO standards is a plus.- Manual dexterity, accuracy and attention to details.- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problem.- Written, verbal communication and active listening skills in English. Computer Literate. Ability to read and interpret complex operating instructions. Ability to work collaboratively with others in a team-based environment.- Excellent organization skills in order to complete various sample tests simultaneously.- Flexibility in performing changing assignments and work schedules.
