Material Management & Planning Supervisor (Contract Based)

As the Material Management & Planning Supervisor you will be responsible for activities related to translation of customer’s demand forecasts for finished goods via Supply Chain Planning (SCP) and above site governance (Supply Chain Hub).

This role is open for 6 months contract and be based in our manufacture site in Jakarta Timur.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to some of the following:
Responsible and accountable to maintain production schedule adherence according to customers requirement in accordance with availability of material’s stock, and balance the production plan with stock. Assist the planning manager by executing all sub processes which support the site supply chain planning, including production scheduling, materials requirement planning, and capacity planning. To maintain the production scheduling and planning process for product under the planner’s responsibility. To maintain the Order Fulfilment Management (OFM) and Demand Review process for products under the Planner’s responsibilities. Ensure compliance with site procedures so as to achieve good housekeeping, cGMP, quality, safety, occupational hygiene and environmental protection; align with Environment Health Safety (EHS) and GMP standard. Conduct and also participate in internal audits to ensure compliance with cGMP & EHS.

Preferably from Pharmacy/Chemical Engineer/Industrial Engineer background Fluent in English - both verbal and written Has experience and knowledge in supply chain area would be a plus Computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail Good interpersonal and communications skills Fast learner Strong leadership
