MARKETPLACE SPECIALIST

Job Description :
Managing, Marketing, and Optimizing our marketplace especially Shopee Mall & Tokopedia
Optimize product and shop sales in the marketplace
Manage campaign, Ads, Expenses, stay on budget, and estimate monthly costs
Store Content Management; Uploading new products, Product description, Update pricing & stock management
Product SKU Management; Update stock/prices in online store
Ensure availability of product and services still on high standards
Listening also facing complaints or unpleasant responses from other people about our company services through Marketplaces and obliged to clarify them well
Maintain relationship with Marketplace PIC
Maintain the stability and reputation of the store
Find more opportunities for brand to growing more in Marketplace business
Ability optimizing in digital marketing is a plus point

Requirement :
At least 2 years experiences in Digital Advertising field
Proven working experinece in the Social Media Marketing or as Digital Media Specialist ad/or Marketplace Admin
Preferanly Stagg (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Digital Marketing, Sales/Marketing or equivalent
Knowledge of online marketing and a good understandingg of major marketing channels
