**Responsibilities**:1. Conduct market research and analyze competitor2. Monitoring performance of ad campaign to measure Return On Investment3. Manage monthly campaign budget4. Tracking, reporting, and optimization of ad campaigns.**Requirements**:1. Bachelor's degree in any major.2. Minumum 2 year of proven working experience in the marketplace or e-commerce advertising in the retail industry.3. Possess a good understanding of Digital Marketing, Non Organic ads, and marketplace features (Shopee and Tokopedia).4.
