About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Marketing & Partnership to join us.
As a Marketing & Partnership, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and fostering strategic partnerships.
You will be responsible for creating impactful marketing campaigns and executing partnership initiatives to generate revenue and enhance brand awareness

**Responsibilities**:
**Generate sales and drive growth**:
Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns and activations to promote our internal products, such as Stellar Workbooks, Online Courses, Event Tickets & Community members, as well as our external products through partnerships.
Identify and implement strategies to maximize sales and revenue opportunities.
**Collaborate with internal stakeholders**:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align campaign objectives and achieve marketing goals.
Brainstorm and contribute ideas for new campaigns, promotions, and initiatives.
Coordinate with creative teams to develop engaging and compelling marketing materials.
**Community and media partnership management**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, influencers, and media outlets to enhance brand visibility and reach.
Identify potential partnership opportunities and negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
Coordinate partnership activities, including sponsored content, events, and collaborations.
Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and competitive landscape:
Conduct research and strategic analysis including market research, competitor analysis, etc
Proven experience in sales, digital marketing, partnerships, or related roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative and strategic thinking with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
Proficient in event management and community engagement skills

Excellent with handling data.
Able to creatively obtain, analyze, and derive insight from data.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for women's empowerment and community building.
