Job Responsibility
- Strong initiative in translating the company's key initiative, objective, and result
- Ability to develop a marketing plan and manage the full marketing budget of the company and translate to quantitative results
- Responsible for developing and managing the overall marketing & communication strategies for brand management activities
- Oversee and groom the marketing and creative team into a high performance and inquisitive team
- Identify our content and recommend new topics, create style guides/mood boards to use as reference
- Initiate, conceptualize, strategize, manage, execute, and optimize end - to - end campaign development, creative execution, marketing channel planning and post - campaign analysis
- Track performance of all marketing campaigns
- Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies
- Collaborate with other teams to promote offerings
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years' experience in marketing, digital marketing, branding, product launching, business development, especially in skin care & cosmetics
- A passion and genuine interest in beauty, retail, and e-commerce
- Good in analysis and researching consumer markets
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
