PERSOLKELLY is one of the largest recruitment firms in Asia Pacific providing clients with comprehensive end-to-end workforce solutions. We are currently looking for Marketing Manager to be placed in Jakarta for our client from Multinational OTC Pharmaceutical Industry with following requirements:

- At least 8 years of working experience in Brand Management (Senior position), as Sr. Product Manager, Sr. Brand Manager, or similar field
- Preferred FMCG or OTC Pharmaceutical Industry experienced
- ATL & BTL experienced
- Product & Brand Development experienced
- Willing to be placed at Jakarta
- Responsibilities:
- Directing, planning and coordinating marketing efforts by evaluating and maintaining marketing strategies to be conducted in the company
- Understanding and developing budgets, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, cost ratio measurement and projections
- Responsible on maintaining product management team performance through counseling, planning, monitoring and appraising job results and contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Determines customer's needs and desires by analyzing the research available or specifying the research to obtain market information of product, recommend the present and future product lines, etc
- Assessing the market competition by analyzing the internal and external market data and provide product line communications by defining product marketing communication objectives
- Responsible on obtaining product Market Share by coordination with Sales division to develop product sales and distribution strategy, also conducting marketing mix in order to create unity in the sales and marketing activities, either above or below the line activities;
- Responsible on assisting the management and analyzing of the promotional activities conducted with the marketing activities including the marketing plan, events, consumers engagement strategy, results, etc
- Responsible on the issues related to Product and Brand Management start from Artwork Design circulation, preparing Product Knowledge, sample, POP material, and all the issues related under the supervision of the superior.
