Marketing Manager

Monitor key online & offline marketing metrics to track the success
Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimization
Design and oversee all aspects of our marketing communication strategy including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
Generate and communicate monthly reports on our marketing campaign’s performance and results
Partnership with advertising and media specialists to increase marketing results
Create brand values, stories, strategy, a personality from clients
Research competition and identify opportunities for growth
Coordinate with the sales team to create marketing campaigns
Develop, evaluate and oversee the implementation of A/B testing protocols and procedures
Plan, create, post and manage our social media platforms such as websites, including articles, web blogs, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, email marketing and other ads both online and offline media.

Requirements
5+ years of experience in Marketing or related fields.
Have knowledge with SEO, SEM, Digital Marketing, Google Analytics, Marketing Automation, Google Webmaster Tools and Social Media Ads
Preferably someone who has the experience or understanding in e-commerce industry
Full understanding of all social media platforms
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
Have a strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent leadership skills
Able to work in Bekasi
