**Client**:
Our client is Ronald McDonald House Charities Indonesia or RMHC Indonesia, an independent Non-profit Organization established in 2011, which is part of RMHC Global main programs, and a different entity from McDonald's, legally.
Currently carries its missions through Care Mobile, Family Rooms, and Houses in hospitals and cities RMHC Indonesia creates and supports programs that can improve the health and well-being of children across the nation, and that can help families physically, economically, and emotionally during their health care journey, which budget is raised through individual and corporate donations.
Founded in Philadelphia in 1974, RMHC Global currently owns more than 365 Ronald McDonald Houses throughout the world, with local chapters in 64 countries and regions, where McDonald's itself has been RMHC's Founding Mission Partner since the very first day, and since then, the entire McDonald's system (owners, operators, suppliers, employees, and customers) has helped RMHC supporting families with sick children by providing stability and vital resources, and supported monetary contributions and volunteerism, as well as cause-related marketing promotions.
**Job Role**:

- Develop Marketing Communications strategies/plans
- Collaborate with the agency to design and produce high quality and meaningful full content
- Develop editorial calendar, delegate tasks, and ensure deadlines are met
- Develop fundraising strategies and action plan
- Plan interviews and press conference
- Craft and send regular newsletters to the donors, volunteers
- Join social media groups and professional platforms to discuss related topics
- Coordinating the design of promotional materials
- Distributing the promotional materials in the online and offline channel
- Widening networks in Marketing Communications fields
- Having minimum 10 years of experience in Marketing Communications or related fields (NGO/NPO, CSR, Fundraising experiences will be prioritized)
- Having minimum 3 years of experience in Managerial level
- Excellent communications and writing skills in English
- Expert in social media platforms
- Experienced in marketing campaigns on social media
- Good presentation skill

**Salary**: Rp20,000,000 - Rp25,000,000 per month

**Experience**:

- Marketing Communications in NGO/NPO: 5 years (preferred)
- CSR: 5 years (preferred)
- Fundraising: 5 years (preferred)
- Marketing Communications: 5 years (preferred)


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
