**A.
Partners Acquisition**
- Ensure all required partners record information are available both in physical (hard copy) and electronic (soft copy) format
- Conduct filing of all partners records information in the corresponding repository with accurate retention procedure

**B.
Partners & Products Onboarding**
- Ensure each partner and products onboard are trackable, thus enabling aduitability and traceability
- Conduct initial validation of Sign-Up Forms provided by Market Partnership Associate/Sr.
Market Partnership Associate to ensure accurate partners and products information is stated in the system
- Conduct price competitiveness comparison checking via scraping exercise for each new products onboard
- Coordinate internally within Market and Partnership team on any possible change of information prior to product routing on
- Input all required information as captured in Supplier Sign Up Form into our supplier platform system (AXES)
- Accurately input all the allotment parts in the system
- Liaise with partner's Person in Charge to train the partners and ensuring partner's readiness in using our supplier platform system with no issues/frictions from the supplier side

**C. Product Launch**
- Communicate with corresponding partners on the product live status to ensure partners are constantly updated and on the same page with us
- Be the main contact point with partners in settling down system issues encountered during the product launch phase

**D. Product Maintenance**
- Ensure lifetime accuracy of products information in the system based on information gathered by Market Partnership Associate/Sr.

**E. Bridging communication on inventory data and information accuracy to all related stakeholders**
- Bridge all communication to all stakeholders in relation to any updates
- On products information, hence ensuring the data integrity and accuracy is properly reflected
- Be the main contact point in resolving all of the partner's inquiries related to supplier platform system

**Requirements (Education, Technical Skills, Relevant Experiences)**
- Fresh graduate is welcome, min.
bachelor degree in Business/Communications/Social Science/System information.
Has experience in operation/ business process improvement is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in using MS. Office Suite, primarily MS. Excel.
Database savvy.
- Great eye in details, self-driven, love challenges, great communication skills, pro-active and get things done.
- Affinity or experience as an administrator in tourism/e-commerce is a plus.
- Team player, motivated and enjoys to work in e-travel and hospitality.
- Flexible and quickly adapt to the latest guidelines/changes on the policy and procedure.
