What you'll do:- Create a launch strategy for e-commerce, and mobilize support and resources from x-functional teams for execution- Build a highly energetic local team from scratch for launch and lay a solid foundation for future business and organization development- Leverage experience and local network to recruit the first batch of sellers and make recommendations on initial product strategy- Assure the compliance with local laws and regulations of the launching efforts- Contribute to the long-term strategic planning for the market and be the critical founding member of the local team!Qualifications - 5-8 years of experience with major e-commerce marketplaces with strong connection to local seller resources- Good understanding of the consumer demands, payment, logistics and overall regulatory landscape- Good communication and leadership skills, hard-working and open-minded- Enjoy building things from scratch and getting hands dirty- English and local Indonesian language proficiency required
