Marcomm Executive

Support Marcomm Manager to create BTL strategy to promote ALVA through event, seminar, road show, product launch, press-con and other related events
- Lead end to end execution of marketing events
- Manage event budget, direct cost, invoicing, and account payable
- Sourcing and assess for vendor selection, venues, and other resources needed
- Work with external vendors and cross departments to execute workplan to the highest quality while adhering to set deadline
- Create and analyze events' report
- Develop community events and activities
- Min Bachelor's Degree from any majors

2 years of experience in marcomm and event partnership
- Experience in planning, executing, and managing event
- Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
- English skill is a must, both written and spoken
- Creative, communicative, and innovative
- Self-driven and good team work
