**Job Roles and Responsibilities**Able to control and analysist every perform the operation and equipment maintenance of betaine plant by coworkers safely, optimally, efficiently and sustainably to produce products according to specifications and targets set independently and skilled and responsible for the operational units are handled.1. Responsible for SHE and process safety of employer's operation in unit surfactant and specialties, and ensuring as 1st priority.2. Responsible on factory service levels, efficiencies, quality compliance, OSHE compliance and cost compliance.3. Ensure output reliability 100% and > 100% Capacity Utilization at all times.4. To lead and ensuring employer's surfactant and Specialties meeting SHE, Process Safety, Regulation compliance, Quality requirement, site security, ensuring zero tolerance and incident free operation.5. To achieve Supply Unit result, ensuring 100% output reliability.6. To lead operation of betaine surfactant and specialties unit, including raw material, packaging, finished good and dispatch.7. Ensuring Cost of Conversion meeting the agreed target, and develop continuously opportunity for saving and optimization.8. The employer's S&OP process, Supply and Supply Optimization Surfactant and Specialties to ensure a full order book of n+2 quarters to maximize employer's delivery9. Drive customer service mindset in Factory operation and all team member10. Develop high performance, empowered teams to support talent requirements of the employer11. Lead employee relation and ensuring high engagement levels in unit12. Conduct operational shift activities in the unit betaine plant and verify the implementation of standard operating procedures correctly.13. Perform confirmation in SAP production and coordination with other departments for smooth production and completeness of documentation.14. Evaluate the production performance and products as well as make repairs and adjust operating conditions to ensure the quantity and quality of product are met.15. Prepare environmental impact and safety assessments as well as creating and maintaining a work environment that is clean, tidy and safe at all times.16. Making the right decision for the operational issues to avoid accidents, damage to equipment and lost production time.17. Proactive in implementing management systems and productivity improvement programs implemented by the company.18. Provide information to Manufacturing Manager betaine and co-workers in the event of an emergency or a potentially dangerous situation.19. Performs other tasks related to the work from direct superior.20. Evaluate the production target base on quality and quantity.21.
