Job Detail ·Responsible for organization design·Responsible for Job analysis, Job description preparation, Recruitment & Selection, Training & people development·Responsible for Career Development Plan, managing talent, managing change, performance appraisal, promotion·Responsible for the implementation of basic value & basic beliefs of the employees for the company (STAR technique)·Male/Female around 29 - 35·Have a minimum of Bachelor degree in related field ·Have a minimum of 5 years of experiences in handling people development and recruitment as a leader·He / she must have integrity in leadership, communication and interpersonal skills·Will be placed in Jakarta Head Office·Excellent in Ms Office·Conversational level of English for both oral & written
