In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:• Mergers and acquisitions of upstream palm oil plantation and downstream targets.• Joint Ventures and Greenfield project assessments.• Strategic Planning and business development for RGE group of companies.• Conduct corporate finance analysis such as comprehensive industry and target research, valuation – discounted cash flow, listed company and precedent transactions analysis, IRR, payback, industry operational and financial benchmarking, and acquisition financing.• Responsible for market and opportunity analytics and presenting findings to senior management including marco economics and asset level evaluation.To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:•A degree in the related job field.At least 5-7 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role.Willing to travel outstation.Palm oil plantation exposure is a plus but not a requirement.Proficient in Excel and passionate in Data Analyst.When you send us your resume and personal details, it is deemed you have provided your consent for us to keep or store your information in our database.
