About the role You'll be joining our Oracle Consulting services team.
As a Certified Oracle Cloud partner, we help our clients use Oracle's technology and applications to build their digital enterprise on the cloud; transform business functions, including finance, HR and tax; achieve maximum value on their investment through Managed Cloud Services; and help them manage risk and 'go live' on time and on budget.

Our Application Evolution Services team will provide you with the opportunity to help organizations harness the power of their enterprise applications by optimizing the technology while driving transformation and innovation to increase business performance.
We assist our clients in capitalizing on technology improvements, implementing new capabilities and achieving operational efficiencies by managing and maintaining their application ecosystems.
We help our clients maximize the value of their Oracle investment by managing the support and continuous transformation of their solutions in the areas of finance operations, human capital management, supply chain management, reporting and analytics and governance, risk and compliance.
Responsibilities Leading delivery of key aspects of EPM Projects Managing both within and across project workstreams Building and maintaining long lasting relationships with senior stakeholders Driving areas of our finance change thought leadership to transform client's businesses.
Identifying further business opportunities when working client side.
Developing the careers of teams working with and reporting to you Being available to travel to client sites anywhere in South-east Asia and potentially internationally.
Identifying enhancement opportunities for our clients and deliver value in each stage of implementation/delivery.
Actively engage with our people to develop junior resources within the firm in order to enable them to be valued by our clients as experts in their domain.
Demonstrate care and commitment to the team and our business.

Demonstrate Digital Finance thought leadership, working closely with colleagues in Strategy, Finance and Essential Skills and Experience Substantial experience in leading/managing EPM systems implementations, preferably in financial services industry.
A track record of leading finance process change enabled by technology.
At least 10 years of experience working on EPM modules like FCCS, PBCS, ARCS, TRCS and PCMCS.
A minimum of 5 full lifecycle implementation projects covering EPM modules A minimum of 2 full lifecycle implementation on Oracle EPM Cloud Broad functional skills across Oracle EPM modules For Oracle EPM Cloud: Understanding of Financial Consolidation and Close, Profitability & Cost Allocation, Planning & Budgeting, Accounts Reconciliation, Narrative Reporting, & Enterprise Data Management Exceptional communication skills (both written and oral) with a focus on the ability to influence and drive change through complex organizations.
Proven leadership qualities with a natural focus on team enhancement and growth Deal effectively with ambiguous and unstructured problems and situations.
Initiate open and candid coaching conversations at all levels.
Move easily between big picture thinking and managing relevant detail.
Anticipate stakeholder needs, and develop and discuss potential solutions, even before the stakeholder realizes they are required.
Contribute technical knowledge in specialism.
Contribute to an environment where people and technology thrive together to accomplish more than they could apart.
Navigate the complexities of cross-border and/or diverse teams and engagements.
Initiate and lead open conversations with teams, clients, and stakeholders to build trust.
