Zalora Indonesia is looking for a Manager of Marketing Project and Analysis (PMO) who will enthusiastically deal with different kind of projects and a data cruncher.
It is one of our most crucial roles, which connects internal functions and external parties to create a better Marketing and ZALORA as well.
The role is based in South Jakarta, direct report to Marketing Director.

**Responsibilities**:
- Project Management & Analysis (PMO) is a place that you can express any kind of idea for making a better Zalora.
If you like to analyze tons of data or you like to involve in different kind of exciting marketing projects, this will be your place to grow.
- Lead any kickoff marketing ad-hoc projects or tasks.
- Maintain project plans and communicate effectively across functions.
You will be the one who responsible of the project deliverable, in terms of the quality and on time execution.
- Support any functions on any data-backed analysis.
You will work with tools like Tableau, SQL, etc.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Bachelor degree from any field of study but Marketing, Management, or Business major study are preferred.
- Preferably having work experience in in e-commerce or any kind of tech company will be a plus point with minimum experiences 5 years.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
- Enjoy working in team, you will work with other functions or partners.
- Willing to learn new things and adapt with fast changes
- Analytically proficient and highly experienced with conducting data analysis in excel, interpreting and executing decisions based on the results
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa (written and verbally)
