DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Job Description :?1. Prepare and implement company strategy & system for reach the company vision suitable with company's characteristics and conditions.2. Prepare and implement Compensation and Benefit System.3. Prepare procedures and documentations for Performance Management System.4. Set standards, procedures and work instruction for Recruitment and Placement?5. Identifies competence standard for all employees and prepare evaluation and training system to develop employees skills.6. Prepare and monitoring company's legal documents according to government's rules and regulations.7. Maintain Employee Relations and problem solving.8.? Supervise and take care disputes and work accidents???Qualifications :?? Age 35 - 43 years old? Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree of Law, Psychology or Human Resources Management?? At least 6 year(s) of working experience in as HRGA Manager? Comprehensive knowledge of HR, GA , IR, payroll, training development, legal practices and HR strategy.? Good negotiation, interpersonnal and personnal approaching skill? Good leadership, honest, trustworthy, detail and possess cultural awareness and sensitivity.? Placement : Cibitung - West Java
