Manager Finance

Overall responsible for all Finance aspects including daily operation, monthly / quarterly / annual management and statutory reporting- Manage month end close for all reporting units ensuring timely and accurate reporting in line with Hogarth / WPP requirements- Prepare / review month-end adjustment journals, balance sheet reconciliations, confirmation and reconciliation of intercompany balances, prepayments and accruals to ensure accuracy- In-charge of annual, quarterly and monthly budgeting and forecasting process- Prepare monthly management information for discussion at management meetings including actual to forecast analysis variance analysis and trends- Accountable for all cash management and payment approvals- Work with Account Servicing team / project manager to verify job completion status, closure, interim and final billing- Monthly review of all the ageing reports, include WIP, debtors, creditors, etc- Work closely with Global / Regional Finance in respect of compliance, accounting processes, systems and control environment- Minimal D3 finance/accounting- Pengalaman mínimal 5 tahun- Laki - Laki- Responsible for VAT returns and submission to Customs and Excise- Year round liaison with auditors, accountants and tax advisers to ensure timely finalisation of accounts and filings as appropriate- Prepare statutory year end accounts- Oversee office administration- Ad hoc financial projects and tasks as required- Manage a team of Finance Executives- Brevet A,B,C
