In this role, you will address complex business challenges, supporting clients from strategy through to execution.Key Responsibilities:Manage operations projects within the Financial Services sector, including due diligence, M&A integration/carve-out planning, execution, and PMO management.Lead initiatives focused on operational enhancement and strategic transformation for Financial Services clients.Provide insights and hands-on support for deal and M&A-related engagements.Develop and sustain strong relationships with client stakeholders and internal project teams.Align operational initiatives with strategic business objectives, particularly in post-merger scenarios.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.5–7 years of consulting experience, with a focus on M&A, operations, or strategic projects within the Financial Services sector (e.g., banking, multifinance, insurance, wealth management).Strong analytical abilities and proven stakeholder management skills.Experience in operational improvement and commercial due diligence for Financial Services organizations.Ability to design and implement operating models and assess organizational capabilities.Excellent communication and leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead teams.Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and business analysis.Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and industry standards in Financial Services.Strong influencing skills and the ability to navigate complex client environments.
