Our Management Trainee Program is structurally designed to provide fresh graduates of good potentials to become our business leaders in the near future. You will be part of a global organization with more than 10,000 dedicated employees operating in 18 jurisdictions.
As an LF Logistics management trainee, you will be participating in an intensive 18-month program with combination of operations rotation, blended learning activities, management mentoring, corporate training, special projects and engagement with our senior leadership team.
Soon after 18 months, you will be landing on the first rung of the management ladder and ready with wealth of project experience and understanding how logistics business operates!
We welcome self-starters who:
Are Bachelor’s Degree or above holder in 2020/2021, preferably with major in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operational Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business Studies
Have experience in internship or international exchange program
Have excellent command of spoken & written local language and English
Have keen interest in Supply Chain and Logistics industry
Possesses attributes of being agile, innovative, energetic to work in a diverse team
