Maintenance Technician

Job Responsibilities:

This position responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned. In doing their job, the technicians should follow manufacturing techniques, practices, and procedures with attention to details. In the other hand, this role will apply their experience in improving product quality, support existing product yield improvement and new product development efforts.

Job Descriptions:

Perform machine setup and equipment
Provide daily production support through troubleshooting, repairing, and performing equipment failure analysis which include root cause analysis, corrective/preventive action to prevent recurrence.

Qualifications:

Diploma (D3) Degree. Field of Study: Electrical / Mechanical
Understand mechanical / electrical wiring diagram
Fresh graduated are welcome to apply
Experience in die bonder, wire bonder, sealing equipment is an advantage
Able to work in rotating shift pattern
