DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Basic Job Purpose To plant asset optimization through predictive, preventive, and scheduled corrective and refurbishment of Truck and heavy equipment to maintain operational efficiency, consistent with plan and standard operational procedure, through Investment Planning, Preventive & Corrective Maintenance, Spare Parts Inventory, Box Preparation include of projects that need support from Maintenance Department.
Responsibility
Develop Preventive and Corrective Maintenance, includes equipment supervision, schedulling, monitoring schedule and QA/QC, to ensure works are conducted as per schedule and meet with the requirements, approved by user.
Manage Spare parts Inventory, includes inventory administration and develop spare part purchasing plan, to ensure spare parts are in placed for the scheduled and unscheduled maintenance works.
Manage Box Preparation, include cleaning and repair, to ensure box are in good condition and ready to be delivered to Customers.
Prepare Maintenance Analysis and Reporting, to ensure works performed meet safety regulations and all maintenance worker follow appropriate safety guidelines.
Requirement
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.
Having experience manage maintenance team for for truck and heavy equipment in project or authorized dealer shop min 40 unit truck, 20 Heavy equipment and supervising min 20 mechanics.
Has good relationship with authorize dealers of truck & heavy equipment internal and remote maintenance shop as advantage.
Good analytical thinking to manage budget and maintenance cost and efficiency program.
Familiar with environmental and safety regulation (ISO/OHSAS).
Strong communication skill and ability to speak English fluently and reporting.
