Maintenance & Improvement Lead - Tobacco

PERSOLKELLY is one of the largest recruitment firms in Asia Pacific providing clients with comprehensive end-to-end workforce solutions, enabling us to leverage their connections as one of the largest recruiting firms in Asia Pacific.We are now seeking a position as a **Maintenance & Improvement Lead**, who will handle the following key responsibilities:- Assist the equipment manager in the management and maintenance of plant equipment:- Responsible for the assignment, training, guidance, supervision and assesment of maintenance personnel:- Participate in the preparation, updating and maintenance of the system document of the department:- Participate in the development and implementation arrangement of annual preventive maintenance plans- Develop the equipment inspection standards and check the implementation situation: R- Responsible for the modification and improvement of the equipment;- Responsible for daily and periodic inspections of the equipment and facilities:- Responsible the promotion and management of TPM:- Responsible for the analysis of equipment abnormalities, and the development and implementation- Responsible for the daily maintenance of SCADA system:.We expect prospective talents to meet the requirements as below:- Bachelor Degree holder from reputable universities with major in engineering; electrical, mechanical will be preferred.- Broad experience of latest 5 years in executing projects in large production lines with automation and robotic process from multinational environment is require:- Mastering process for automation equipment (mechanical, electrical, visual), analyze the abnormalities of automation equipment, processing, production, assembly and commissioning processes of equipment components- Skillful at AutoCAD and office software, TPM, Sparepart Management, PLC software, Vision software.
