MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

This position will ensure production equipment is in good condition available and safe to support manufacturing goals and objectives

About the Job:
Ensure equipment is in good condition by technical support on machine maintenance

Design tooling’s, fixtures and jigs needed by the production

Lay-out project plan with technicians (conceptualization, needed parts & schedule of activities)

Create system on stocking of parts, monitoring of withdrawals & acquisition for replenishment of parts

Review requested parts, assist in sourcing of parts and follow up delivery schedule

Support production for equipment re-layout & machine conversions

Ensure on-time calibration of equipment’s

Generate work instructions, set-up checklist & control charts as required

Conduct trainings & seek out maintenance activities for each technician

About You:
Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably a license Engineer.

At least 5 yrs work experience in an electronics / automotive manufacturing company

Knowledge on automation is an advantage

Good English oral and written communication skills

Microsoft Office / Minitab

Preferably with Autocad background

PLC (preferred only)
