At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Make Maintenance department activity plan
Make sure the section below makes and outlines the activity plan
Conduct regular reviews of the achievement of the target KPI in each section
Couching and counseling the section under the maintenance department, making and running a maintenance schedule and repair of machinery and supporting equipment
Coordinate with related departments in the context of implementing maintenance and repair of machinery and supporting equipment
Ensure the implementation of maintenance and repair of machinery and supporting equipment running effectively and efficiently according to the specified schedule
Make reports on maintenance and repair of machinery and supporting equipment regularly
Collect data and information relevant to maintenance operations
Perform analyzes related to maintenance, repairs, utilities, spare parts and other relevant matters
Create and propose a development program and the application of methods or procedures that are designed to improve operational or maintenance performance
Implementation of development programs that have been approved in accordance with their responsibilities and authorities
