- Understanding of users business requirement for Loxon (collections tools)
- As a first layer in handling problems which are related to Collection system, make a proper analysis, fix the issue if possible and escalate to related partied if it is needed
- Handling documentation process for every developments process related with Collection System to be use for future development and as a written agreement between developer and business regarding the system change
- Meets with user to help them to understand the requirements from the computerized solution
- Process UAT phase in term of ASTAH (Tools development for Loxon) development, prepare all related documents, upload it to WIKI to ensure every change is implemented properly as expected
- Intense Communication with HQ Collection Specialist, regarding with development life cycle for future check
- Close cooperation with development center in Czech Republic (EmbedIT) and local IT App Support to solve system error
- Review testing scenarios and strategies to be executed for core application user acceptance testing
