Creating the product’s design for some projects according to customer specification and standard regulations Responsible for design report and any related documentations regarding to the projects Assisting the production team to make sure the design product implementation Creating prototype designs for new products according to technical specifications, standard regulations and production process Troubleshooting for potential issues and create specifications and other details for these prototype systems Assisting for the prototype testing to improve all issues that might arise in the testing and manufacturing process Responsible for design report and any related documentations regarding to the projects Improving design of existing products to reduce material cost and production time Development of innovative design of the products and their implementation for manufacturing process. Collaborating with R&D, QC and Production to analyze all market issues Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously by organizing own time and team resources to ensure activities are completed as per project schedules and each project meets the agreed deadline Perform other qualified duties as required
Diploma / Bachelors of Science in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with minimum GPA 3.25 At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position (fresh graduate are welcome to apply) Experience in electrical/electronic industries Familiar with electrical international & national standard (IEC, IEEE, ISO, DIN, PUIL, SPLN, SNI) Knowledge of electrical/mechanical system, preferably switchgear system including enclosure construction, engineering drawing, manufacturing processes and electrical parts or components Computer literate: Windows, MsOffice (Word, Power point, Excel, Outlook), Auto Cad, PLC, Visio, or other drawing software Required language: English (written & spoken) Achievement focused and able to work in a direct and often pressurized environment Able to set priorities, plan and organize work required by his/her direct superior Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with intellectual curiosity with an appetite for exploring new and previously uncharted Strong leadership, influencing, motivational, and good interpersonal skills Strong innovation and creativity skills
