**Job Description**:
- Responsible for the planning of materials and production, providing resources and materials according to pre-established demand.
- Maintain product inventory in to ensure compliance to budget and customer satisfaction
- Analyze stock consumption and set stock composition to ensure high product availability
- Purchase material need in stock & others departmental purchased, perform correspondence to the supplier to clarify ordering problems to ensure delivery reliability
- Coordinate with forwarding agents to ensure delivery reliability
- Handling stock movement, ie: barter, stock return from branches, stock transfer, incoming goods, non-mover products, ICM & stock return to F-AG/F-SG
- Handling export and import inquiry
- Provide stock take documents and perform stock take process in the system in order to ensure
- reliable stock take activities
- Monitoring stocks at branches
- Handle departmental administration ie.
: ISO procedures, filling, etc.
**Your Qualification**:
- Bachelor degree in any field
- Having 1+ year in export import policy/process and the stock management
- Able to write and communicate in English
- Accustomed with Ms. Office and SAP programming
- Do reporting to Logistics Supervisor as daily reports
