Job TitleLogistics and Warehouse ManagerJob DescriptionJob Summary:Responsible for overseeing warehousing and transportation activities executed by a 3PL, ensuring goods are delivered with quality, on time, and within budget.Your role:Ensure deliveries to the warehouse are received, inspected, documented, and stored.Manage warehouse automation projects and support continuous improvement initiatives.Perform tasks to ensure products can be delivered to the warehouse (e.g., check ASN, assign dock to truck, check transport documents, segregate stock).Implement and support MCC automation projects in robotics and AGV systems.Plan outbound warehouse activities to meet delivery deadlines in coordination with transport planning.Track product availability, and oversee picking, packing, and shipping processes.Conduct stock counts and identify damaged, lost, or found goods.Ensure proper loading of trucks/containers and attach necessary documents for outbound shipments.Control and secure warehouse quality, ensuring correct picking/shipping and no damages.You're the right fit if:Hold a diploma or bachelor's degree in any major.Have at least 8 years of experience as a Store & Material Handling Supervisor in a manufacturing environment.Possess advanced computer skills, including ERP and SAP systems.Have practical knowledge of lean manufacturing tools.Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.Experience in project and change management, leading improvement projects in warehousing and automation.Knowledge of Industry 4.0 and experience in initiating and implementing warehouse automation and digital transformation.Certified in Lean, Value Stream Mapping, Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt preferred).Strong leadership skills with 3-5 years of experience and problem-solving abilities.Hands-on experience managing logistics processes across shipping, warehousing, and distribution.Understanding of end-to-end in-house logistics management.Excellent leadership, change management, and project management skills.Familiarity with shipping documentation and import/export procedures.Strong analytical and logical thinking skills for data-driven decision making.Strategic thinker capable of approaching challenges from multiple perspectives.Deep knowledge of supply chain management, including planning, inventory, logistics, and industry trends.Practical experience with continuous improvement tools like Lean, Six Sigma, and Value Stream Mapping.Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and other logistics management systems.How we work togetherWe believe in collaboration and working in-person at least 3 days per week for office-based teams.
