Logistic Staff

**Roles and responsibilities**- Directing activities related to dispatching, routing, and tracking of vehicles, aircraft, or railroad cars.- Planning, organizing, and managing subordinate staff members to ensure work is completed and consistent with standards.- Directing investigations to verify and resolve complaints.- Collaborating with staff members to formulate and implement transportation-related procedures, company revenue goals and customer service objectives.- Arranging repairs and routine maintenance of vehicles.- Complying with transportation-related policie and Promoting safe work activities**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in logistics, business management, engineering, or related field.- At least three years of experience as a transportation / logistic management in a similar industry.- Preferred have good proficiency in English, both spoken and written.- Have experience in managing truck fleets for delivery purposes.- Solid knowledge of the transportation industry and logistics.- Experience working with union contracts and transportation-related government regulations.- Critical thinking skills and knowledge of analytics.- Experience working with transport management systems and warehouse management software, such as FreightPath and Infoplus.- Ability to work well with team members and navigate stressful situations.- Will be placed in East Java operational areaJenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu, KontrakPanjang kontrak: 6 bulanKemampuan Bekerja Jauh dari Rumah/Pindah Rumah:- Mataram: Melakukan pulang-pergi kerja dengan jarak yang jauh tanpa mengganggu kinerja atau berencana pindah tempat tinggal sebelum mulai bekerja (Diwajibkan)
