Job Description As a Logistic Manager SEA, your main responsibilities will include: Managing end-to-end logistics operations across Southeast Asia related to logistics ( inbound & outbound), distribution and warehouse operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods Developing and implementing logistics strategies that align with the company's objectives in the industrial/manufacturing sector.
Monitoring and improving supply chain performance through data analysis and key performance indicators.
Ensuring compliance with local and international trade regulations and customs related to logistics and transportation in all SEA countries.
Collaborating with internal teams ( such as manufacturing, procurement, and commercial teams ) and external partners ( such as: third party logistics providers, freight forwarders and custom agents ) to optimise logistics processes.
Identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the logistics department.
Providing leadership and support to the logistics team to achieve departmental and organisational goals, and drive continuous improvement.
The Successful Applicant A successful Logistic Manager SEA should have: A degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
Proven experience in logistics operations within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Effective communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders.
Familiarity with logistics software and tools for operational efficiency.
Understanding of local regulations and compliance requirements in Southeast Asia.
