As an apprentice, you will be able to participate in a 3-to-6-month intensive development program designed to sharpen your skills and prepare you to become a logistics hero in this digital age.
Throughout this apprenticeship program, your performance is continuously reviewed and evaluated.
After successfully completing this program, you will have understood a lot about the logistics industry and may have the opportunity to work for GudangAda in the future.
**Requirement**:

- A letter of recommendation from any college major and from a reputable university (optional)
- Strong interest in Logistics and supply chain management, and always eager to learn something new
- Excellent communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- Strong data analytical skills
- GPA \ >3.0
