**Requirement**:
- A letter of recommendation from any college major and from a reputable university (optional)
- Strong interest in Logistics and supply chain management, and always eager to learn something new
- Excellent communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- Strong data analytical skills
- GPA \ >3.0
