We're looking for a Local Career Development and Community Associate to join our Community Team, to build community within Glints external employees.
What You'll Be Doing

Be entrusted with an ongoing quest to help build up strong communities

Plan and execute events both work and non-work related

You'll impact the lives of more than 1 million users in Southeast Asia by helping them succeed in their career development journey.
Since you will be working in a diverse team with peers in different locations and with various nationalities, you will need an advanced level of written and verbal English skills.

Who We Are Looking For

Experience in executing events

Will be a plus if have experience in managing digital or tech events

Comfortable to speak in a group or build a conversation with new Hubbers

Able to speak up about any idea or feedback

Able to manage and track data and create decisions based on the data

Have experience in building community in the prior workplace

Able to catch up with the fast pace in start-up and flexible with changes
