Requirements:
1. Male/ female, max 35 years old
2. Bachelor or diploma degree minimum from any major
3. Experience as Staff (Quality Assurance/ RTFM/ CDA/ Trainer) in Contact Center Business
4. Understanding the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) in contact center
5. Customer oriented
6. Able to do feedback and coaching
7. Willing to work with shifts schedule
8. Good attitude, hard worker
