**Requirements**: Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field preferred.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to type at least 20 words per minute.- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and handle difficult customers.- Experience with live chat platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.- A positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service**Responsibilities**:- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner through our live chat platform.- Provide information about our products and services, and assist customers with any questions or concerns they may have.- Address and resolve customer complaints, and escalate issues as needed to a supervisor or manager.- Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records of customer inquiries and concerns.- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends in order to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.- Read, and write English on at least B1/B2 level.**Benefits**: The client offers competitive pay, benefits, and a supportive and dynamic work environment.You will be working from home, and you can set your own working hours.
