**Requirements**:
Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to type at least 20 words per minute.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and handle difficult customers.
- Experience with live chat platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
- A positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner through our live chat platform.
- Provide information about our products and services, and assist customers with any questions or concerns they may have.
- Address and resolve customer complaints, and escalate issues as needed to a supervisor or manager.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records of customer inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends in order to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
- Read, and write English on at least B1/B2 level.
