**Job Description**:
Role and Responsibilities:
a.
The overall purpose of job is to monitor KPI of line stations, plan and control
budgets from line stations and support line stations in achieving the business
targets.
This role is key personnel in new station setup.
b.
Responsible to make decisions for yellow risk event(s) with respect to the
safety and/or security of line operations.
c. Ensuring ground handling operations process are conducted in accordance
with regulations and standards of the company.
d. The Line Operations Manager shall also maintain the highest level of safety,
security and service standards for ground operations

e. Ensure and support line stations in achieving Department KPIs, Performance Targets, Service Delivery Standards, Service Level Agreement (SLA) Compliance, Stations Meet the Compliance Level on Service, Quality and Regulatory requirements.
f. Ensure trained and qualified personnel are available to handle operations at
line stations.
g. To ensure standardization in Process, Execution of duties, Verify and recommend manpower for line stations, Provide managerial and administrative support to Station Managers.
h. To drive Innovations, Self-service and Automations for Line Stations, Recommend and approve IT equipment for Line Stations, Provide support and co-ordination to other operating departments complimenting operational requirements at line stations.
i.
Handle Ground Handling Management for Line Stations (SGHA), Provide support and assistance to new stations with new development in compliance to company standards and regulatory requirements, and Ensure staff discipline and productivity in the line stations.
Requirement:
a.
University graduates or above, in any discipline.
b.
At least 3 (three) years' experience in ground operations.
c. Airline experience is essential, with at least 3 (three) years' experience as
Station Manager.
d. Experienced in managing a diverse team across international locations.
e. Analytical with problem solving skills.
f. High comfort level working in a diverse environment.
g. Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
h. Excellent interpersonal communication and influencing skills.
i. Proficient in Government regulations (customs, immigrations and related matters), Dangerous goods acceptance and handling, Aircraft loading, Flight security procedures, Safety incident / hazard reporting, and other key ground operations matter.
