We are looking for Line Coordinator who will be part of our team, based in Karawang. HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? - Coordinate and lead Production shift team with the aim of achieving and improving the key performance indicators - Create an autonomous, efficient and highly motivated team by ensuring active involvement, execution and development of all team members on the daily management systems - Ensures continuous and reliable operation of equipment, accurate adjustment - Ensure regular review of implemented standards, daily management systems and practices - Ensure accurate input of all necessary operating data from the production floor WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? - A self-driven professional with university degree any major - A fluent English speaker - Overall Experience: 3-5 years experience in Manufacturing - Specific Experience: 2 years on maintaining or operating equipment - Ensures continuous and reliable operation of equipment, accurate adjustment and fix the minor quality and operational troubles - Knowledge production systems MES, MPA, SPA - Knowledge of SAP, MINT, etc. will be an advantage - Knowledge and skills in applying lean production tools - Basic user skills of work with MS Office package: Excel, PowerPoint. - Willing to be placed in Karawang.
