Lending Circle Lead

The Lending Circe Lead will focus on managing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, both new and existing.
\n Responsibilities:Responsible for maintaining existing phase-out loan customersResponsible for the achievement of targets set by ManagementAble to work collaboratively across departments, such as risk, legal, remedial, and compliance, to ensure efficient and effective credit phase-out executionGood negotiation skills Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree from Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, or any related majorComprehensive knowledge and strong experience of lending in the Banking IndustryHaving proven experience in building customer loyaltyOwn and able to develop a personal network of customersExcellent interpersonal and time management skills
