**Requirements**:

- Minimal 2 years of working experience as Corporate Legal.
- Have a good knowledge regarding corporate laws and regulations.
- Good ability in communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Placement in Permata Hijau, Jakarta Selatan.
- Can join ASAP
**Responsibilities**:

- Providing legal advice and update to business and management on commercial and corporate matters
- Manage Corporate Governance and provide legal support to corporate actions
- Ensuring sustainability of business licenses
- Review and monitor all legal contract documents, cooperation agreements, and other legal documents
Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu, Kontrak

Gaji: Rp450.000.000 - Rp550.000.000 per bulan
